Resumen
Este artículo se enfoca en el trastorno dismórfico corporal, su prevalencia, diagnóstico y tratamiento, así como en el grado de introspección y la eventual presencia de dismorfia muscular. Además, aborda el subdiagnóstico de esta patología y sus implicaciones clínicas para el paciente y el médico tratante.
